We guarantee a reply draft within 24 hours of ingesting an eligible review into ReplyPorter.

• Clock starts when the review is successfully synced into your inbox.
• Does not include platform outages, revoked OAuth, or invalid listing URLs.
• Does not guarantee when Google, Booking, or Airbnb accept a published reply.
• If we miss a draft window, claim a free month from Billing (active subscribers).
