Privacy Policy

This is a draft for your lawyer to review. ReplyPorter (“we”) processes account email, business profile details you provide, review content synced from connected channels, and billing metadata from Lemon Squeezy.

We do not store booking platform passwords. Google access uses OAuth tokens you can revoke. We use subprocessors for hosting, email (Resend), payments (Lemon Squeezy), and AI drafting — under contracts and only as needed to provide the service.
