What does the 24h SLA cover?
We guarantee a reply draft within 24 hours of ingesting the review. We do not guarantee how fast Google, Booking, or Airbnb will accept a published reply.
Can autopilot post everywhere?
No. Google 4–5★ can autopilot after safety checks. Booking and Airbnb are draft-and-approve. All 1–2★ and flagged reviews need you.
Do you store my booking passwords?
Never. Google uses official OAuth. Booking and Airbnb sync without us holding your login passwords.
Can I switch plans later?
